I'm needing to build my marketing agency. I'm focusing too much on "the work" and need to focus on "bringing the work in" so a spot has opened up for someone who is talented in: Facebook Ads ( Setting up and Managing campaigns - lead generation, eCommerce etc ) Instagram Ads ( Setting up and Managing campaigns - lead generation, eCommerce etc ) Google Ads ( ( Setting up and Managing campaigns - lead generation, eCommerce etc ) Email Marketing Copywriting Graphic Design Must be able to write copy, design graphics if needed, setup pixels / install and all that jazz. Must be well rounded, I have clients all over the world, I know I put an hourly rate there but prefer to pay monthly if possible. This is not a short term job, I'm looking for someone to join my team that can perform and hit KPI's for each client. I'd also love proper system setup to track leads or sales etc. You'll be managing around 3-8 ad accounts and helping create systems for them depending on what needs doing. Thank you,
