Bulk EMail Marketing Project

We need a serious company able to deliver bulk-email servers and setup and to also manage the servers. -Volume: 50.000 - 100.000 emails per day -E-mail campaigns are 100% legal (no hard sex and no pharmacy) -The leads are co-registration - Several IPs and domains to avoid blacklist (However much needed for 50.000 - 100.000 emails per day) - 90% inbox rate - SPF, DMARC etc need to be setup but this correlates to the 95% inbox rate. - Full report capabilities (Send/opened/non opened/failed with (reason)) I'm open to suggestions for systems. Power MTA and Interspire Marketeer for example or any other system which functions better. If the setup won't be able to inbox 90% (No excuses) tested through seeded emails in the email list there will be no payment. ATTENTION: We will be inserting an undisclosed amount of unique email addresses within each list we give you, at random locations. Those addresses will be from different domains and they will be used by us to monitor your sending activity. We will NOT release the escrow if ANY of those email addresses do not receive the email (in the inbox) we have you sending. Since those addresses will be equally distributed across the entire list, if we do not receive the expected email on all of them, or the email gets marked as spam, it means you have not done your job properly and you failed to meet the requirements listed above.
