Australia ONLY - Online marketing expert to help with my projects

I'm a business / marketing consultant, with too much work. I have around 20 Odeskers on my team (coders, designers, etc). I need someone who can: - take my strategy and build upon it with their own ideas - guide MY Odesk coders / designers / etc to ensure they stay on task - be available throughout the day, at least 15 hours per week Maximum $40 per hour. EXAMPLE: - I arrange with Client a revamp of their website and to build their email list - I come up with a strategy and will discuss the strategy with you so we can pool ideas - You manage the designer / coder, or find a wordpress template, or even come up with your own ideas about how the site should operate - You come up with ideas for better landing pages, or optimising their Adwords campaign - Anything you DON'T know (eg; you may know little about A/B testing), that's okay. I can help, or we can hire someone else on Odesk to do that. The perfect candidate is: - someone in Australia (no exceptions) - someone who has worked directly with small businesses as an online marketing consultant - someone who experience in a whole range of online marketing areas - someone who is happy to work with my strategy and my Odesk staff Types of work the right person would have experience in: - how to help an existing business get into social media - developing a brand personality - helping someone maximise their email list - making outreach more automated / efficient - keyword research and competitor analysis - etc Preference given to those who have skills in the technical / implementation side of online marketing. So specific skills in these areas would be great: - SEMRush, Moz, other keyword research tools - Adwords, Facebook Ads, other advertising platforms - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, other social media platforms - HTML, PHP, other 'tech' stuff is a bonus - Photoshop, Illustrator would be a bonus - Other tech things like APIs, databases, etc To apply... impress me by talking about your non-technical background / experience to do with building online businesses, what your favourite colour is, and then what technical skills you have.
