SEO AND SEM WORK FOR SITE - MIN 40 HOURS PER WEEK

We want experienced SEO/SEM expert to work full time (40 hours per week minimum) on our adult site to create organic growth for our adult retail website. 10 keywords will be issued each month to drive to top 10 rankings and then those in top 10 be handed over to SEO company to maintain top 10 rankings and new words issued. BID IS FOR WEEKLY PAYMENT!!! MILESTONE FOR FIRST WEEK WILL BE DEPOSITED AND PAYMENT WILL BE MADE AT THE END OF EACH WEEK WHEN REPORT IS RECEIVED.... Expert will work a minimum of 40 hours per week posting blogs, writing articles, creating social network accounts, listing in free directories, creating one way high PR links preferably relevant to industry etc etc. Analyze, maintain and create google adword campaigns relevant to site and products being sold on site within specified budget. No time wasters or people that cannot do the job. Expert will give examples of work completed succesfully and results achieved. Only legitimate methods, white hat and nothing that contravenes google or other search engines guidelines As this is for minimum 40 hours a weekly report by spreadsheet will have to be supplied outlining works completed at a very minimum – Google position for 10 keywords, social bookmarking, site rank report, blog posting, forum posting, social networking, link building (One way), link building (back link), Article submissions, blog posting and submissions, fan page submissions/comments, Classified ads and so on. We need creation of Link building and links should - Any backlink pages must relate to our site topics - Link pages and our links must be visible, readable, indexable and do-follow. - Links must be permanent, static html links. - One way links only, no reciprocal links. - No [login to view URL] blocking. No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages themselves and for anchor text. - No use of automated software or bots. - No links from under construction pages. - No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, etc. - No link farms, link exchange programs, and web rings. - No paid traffic sites. - No banned sites Optimize onsite SEO on an ongoing basis taking into account relevant trends and high traffic words or opportunities to drive up site rankings. Publish and write original articles and posts on a weekly basis (minimum 5) for twitter, face book, linkedin and wordpress accounts for the site. Maintain, promote and get friends onto these social network accounts. Use of fan and forum sites relevant to our products sold. Payment and bid should be for a weekly basis and first tenure will be for one month. If both parties are happy with results after one month this opportunity will be permanent.
