Adsense Website Generating at least 10$ daily

We are looking for a serious professional that will build us an Adsense Wordpress Blog generating a minimum of 10$ a day. We want you to only use White Hat methods. No Black hat! These are the rules for the project: - The site have to generate at least $10 USD per day. - We will apply for an adsense account after the website is live but you will be responsible for that account to be accepted. The website must be with adsense friendly content. - You will have to proof that the website is doing at least 10$ daily for 45 days. Do not bid if you can not reach these numbers!!! - All the writing content of the website must be SEO optimized content, fully configuring and updating the website. - You should send us a plan for the project before you start it. - The website should only contain unique content with unique posts and articles. - Start the blog with a minimum of 20 unique articles on topic of the website. - You should ad an article every feel until it can generate targeted and constant income. - Must be related to a topic that will remain of interest, and therefore profitability, for 5+ years. - Must be designed with a long term aim of generating a minimum of US$ 10 per day for 5+ years. - You must be able to guarantee consistent income minimum of US$ 10 per day for at least 6 months. - Must have high paying keywords for 2012-2017 within site. - All the content on the website must be original. We will tested with Copyscape. The content should be SEO optimized with keywords used frequently. - Cannot involve anything related to adult, Pharmacy, violence, gambling, wars or anything that is not acceptable to the Adsense TOS. Again, site MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE TOS 100% ( Very Important! ). - All kinds of SEO Marketing should be done and presented to us. You will have to give us the site already with consistent, hight quality and with anchor texted keywords BACKLINKS! They have to be permanent and we need to check them to make sure they will not disappear after the project is finished. You will have to guarantee us that. - Website must be Wordpress based with CMS incorporated (No Template). - Any niche, or micro-niche, will be considered EXCEPT adult, pharmacology, violence, gambling, and similar. These WILL NOT be acceptable sites. - MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE Terms of Service 100% - WHITE-HAT STRATEGIES ONLY!!! - All copyrights will be assigned to us in writing. - Must contain royalty-free related images to relevant topics - Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads. - VERY IMPORTANT!!!! ALL TRAFFIC SHOULD BE ORGANIC AND UNIQUE (NO BOTS OR TRAFFIC BUY SITES). The website must rank well on the search engines (Google, Bing and Yahoo) for the keywords of the website. ALL TRAFFIC MUST BE FROM THOSE SEARCH ENGINES!!! - If to rank well on search engines, you had to build backlinks, those should be permanent and left on place when the project is finished. You have to guarantee us that the site will not drop position on search engines after you receive your payment!!!! - If to keep the ranking is necessary to continue to do some SEO strategies and back links those instructions should be pass to us!!!! VERY IMPORTANT!!!! - Must Be Adsense optimized. - Must have Google Analytics plugin installed and linked to the same Google account as adsense. - Must communicate regularly all the project progress by email or instant messaging. - The topic of the website and the domain name and keywords that you choose MUST be approved by me prior to you beginning work!
