Home renovation plan

I am renovating my home, and would like some designs to see how I can maximise on the space that I have and to ensure the property has a good level of interior design. I am open to structural changes within the property. I also have a basement and a nature reserve at the rear of the garden, but only want plans for these spaces for now, as budget won't allow for work in these spaces. The basement has not had tanking done. I would like to integrate smart technology where possible, so keen to see ideas about this. I need the entire project to be done within a budget of £30,000. Please factor this into your designs. Must provide me: *Layout options *Working drawings for manufacturer and construction *Be able to assist with supplier and contractor sourcing and planning permit applications *3D rendering the final design
