Polish a handrawn logo design

Hello, getting ready to launch an independent group under a local real estate company. We're a start-up on grass roots means, although that will change fast once we're open for business! I do not have access to my normal resources (creative talent/mechanical talent or even a scanner!) to create a digital version of my hand-drawn, original artwork for our logo. It's a very simple abstract that I just need to get into digital form with some slight accenting to finish the logo such as tone & texture, highlighting & shadowing. I am very versed in working with graphic artists and design teams. I promise I know what I am asking when I say -- all I need is to work with a local, Orlando-based graphic designer, who can re-create my hand-drawn design, help me put a polish on it, and provide the digital files I'll need for producing marketing collateral both in print form and all things social media/digital advertising. I am not seeking "logo design" as I've designed it. I just need to re-create it digitally and perhaps have 1 - clean, 1 - with company name on it, and possibly 1 - with slogan underneath. Looking to make a relationship locally, as I'm from Los Angeles (25 years) and the various talent & teams I normally work with are all on deadlines for other projects. My partner & I cannot delay our timeline for our business launch here in Orlando. I work quickly and have been praised by creatives that I communicate direction clearly. Both your time and my time will be respected. Please know this is a "work for hire" and I will wholly own the logo concept & design, as I am required to fulfill copyright/trademark for it once complete.
