I would like to hire an Animator

Looking for an animation artist with a sharp pencil for an animated song video - Music style is alternative rock music by a band of 5 musicians (drums, bass, guitar, vocals). Duration 4min 15 sec. Black and White animation (white on black) following the storyline of the song with continuation from one drawing/scene to the next. A good example of the preferred style would be Arctic Monkey's "Do I wanta know". Summary storyline: In short, the band takes off in a small packed car on the way to their gig through a congested London, pickup their musicians and friend on the way ( badly need to flee the office and join the band), play their song from/on their car, creating a gigantic traffic jam, are subjected to road rage and police car chase until they arrive late at their gig, the car on stage and let loose, which sends reverberations throughout London. Important things to consider: - How images change shapes seamlessly from one sequence to the next - We have 5 characters in the band plus one female part so we are looking for simplified representations of each of them over the course of the song - The song is a journey to a gig so the whole narrative is their journey from start to finish Available in second stage or conversation: draft 1-pager storyline, draft drawings in the preferred style, soundcloud link to the song. Ideal character style is semi-realistic as seen in many French-Belgium comics, with clean lines Questions: How many hours would you require or could you do a package deal?
