High School Murals Project

Good Day, Our small, private, international High School, located in Scarborough, Toronto (Intersection of Sheppard and Kennedy, 3 blocks north of 401), Maple Leaf Collegiate, is looking to hire a free-lance Mural/Graffiti Artist for the beautification of our school. We are located in a business building that reminds more of an office space rather than a school and we would like to change that. Since we are an international high-school, we would like different themes in various classrooms i.e. Mural for a Math classroom, Mural for an English classroom, Mural for International Business classroom, Mural for Sciences classroom , etc. We would like cartoon-like murals that are teenage-friendly, hip, fun and cool, interactively bright and colourful,but still appropriately academic. And since we are an International school, we definitely wouldn't mind a UN mural Classroom. However, we would definitely like Canadiana motifs that would teach our International students about Canada (i.e. Maple leaf Flag, Maple Syrup, Confederation of 1867, or Frederick Banting's discovery of Insulin in the Sciences classroom, etc...) . We are looking at 2000-5000 sqf of Mural Walls. I understand that this project has two components: design and painting. Can you give us a bulk quote with your very best price per sqf? We would also like this done asap, either by the end of September or the first week of October. However, we understand that artists are busy people and therefore this could take more time.
