digital painter for a short animated 2d film

we are a small studio working on a short animated film and need digital painters to paint the characters that the animators have animated in outline. The job lasts for about two months and pays about 800-1000 $ per month. Please see the attached image, anyone interested in the job should paint the 4 outline images in the exact same style as the provided painted image and send this as a test that he can match the style and quality. expected output is between 20-30 images per day depending on the complexity of the images.
