XMPP Chat App for cross platform Android and iOS

For our existing platform we are looking for an cross-platform Chat / IM Application. Important before send your application: 1. We are only interested in companies/Freelancer who developed a chat app before. 2. We are only interested if you have references to similar projects based on Chat / IM. 3. We are not interested in development based on third party but we are interested if you are the owner of a third party solution. 4. We might want to contact the references you give to us to confirm you have developed the application.
