Hello, I have a website that I need developed. I would like this done in native HTML & CSS using Material Design and bootstrap framework. I do not want angular / react etc. Long term it would be required to maintain, change, do A/B tests etc on the site. I have a sketch file / SVG that would be the basis of the design. We would use a mobile first approach, but obviously it would need to work on all screen sizes. There will be 2-3 pages, that are more like Single Page Apps. So 5-6 sections(screens/pages) per page.
