Implement a simple one page placeholder HTML site

This is to create a placeholder page for a website that we'll be building soon. The design is ready in PSD and will have the following specs: • Design size 2560 X 1440 • Responsive so everything stays in view and scales down to mobile nicely • Background images will need to be 100% height and width and will need to rotate through six different image images with a simple fade out / fade in style. All images, design details etc. provided for you. You can build it in your sandbox if you like and I'll place it on our server, or you can, whatever you like. This needs to be done right away please.
