I need an existing website (business catalyst platform) rebuilt.
ATTA is a registered training organisation (RTO) that deliver courses of training and assessment predominantly aimed at the construction industry. We are a family operated business but have recently expanded to NSW (with the recent opening of a factory in Peakhurst) and added 4 new courses to our list of offerings.
We’ve recently had a change of name and logo, so with all of that combined we feel that launching a new and improved website is in order.
6 out of our 8 courses are licensed units, regulated by WorkSafe Victoria and WorkCover NSW.
All are Nationally Recognised Training units so we are to meet the standards of the ASQA - but we like to think that we offer the best value for money on all our services that include the Forklift Truck, EWP and Scaffold licences plus short Site Safety courses (Work Safely in the Construction Industry, at Heights and in Confined Spaces).
Whilst our services are aimed at the average tradesperson (25 - 40 y/o male) we also need to service the HR managers that are looking to up skill their staff and recruitment agencies/labour hire organisations that have clients seeking our services to qualify for specific roles in the construction and related industries (logistics, transport, maintenance, cleaning, mining and entertainment).
These include the previous tennant of our Peakhurst Factory, Scaffold Training Australia plus many others that offer similar services both here in VIC and in NSW, including: HPOTS, Scaffold Tool Company, Foresite Training, WAM and Pinnacle Safety.
We are competitive with our prices, as we are still considered new and have fought to get a foot in the door of the training market. ATTA remain transparent with our prices and course dates, whilst many others still require students to call up for course fee’. We also are still relatively small so can tailor course schedules to suit many businesses and students needs where we can.
Hopefully we can stick a budget of 2 - 4K as we are all familiar with BC so can support you with supplying text, images or assist where necessary to make this cost effective for us and time efficient for you.
We aim to maintain all current functions of ATTA’s existing site (see [url removed, login to view] for details) and improve where possible to streamline the overall booking process and fee collection (order) procedure, to reduce the amount of manual tasks currently undertaken to record payments received from EFT and our PayPal account.
Added features would be:
1. Make more mobile friendly.
2. Complete our payment gateway. We are in the process of completing our PayFlow application and want to incorporate this to the Event Booking process asap.
3. Streamline the Event booking process, if possible integrate it with our current Truss RTO Student Management System even?
4. Improve our e Newsletter and marketing to our existing database of 3,000 customers.
We aim to keep the web site design in-line with my current look and we can provide examples, in form of business cards, logo, certificates, course documents etc.

The website Goals:
- Inform - eg: provide access to catalogues/service information/policy documents etc
- Capture leads for your products/services
- Sell your products/services online
- Capture bookings for your events
Clean and easy to navigate to course information and online booking process.
Course Outline Pages
List all necessary course details (currently via web app) and list available dates, prices and entry requirements.
Event Booking Page
Provide specific schedule information, dates, times and location information to ensure students make an informed training choice before booking not course online.
We would like all customer details and activity maintained and transferred to new site (order history and event booking information).
Can provide support to all necessary payment gateway details and set up any PayPal links or similar. May provide all necessary information, graphics, icons and access to templates via partner portal as necessary.
