I can encrypt your website password with md5 or sha1 hash and update all existing passwords in your database. I would require code and database access to do this. We can implement hashing of password. We have build several codeigniter project with secure login and unbreakable hashing. Md5 are no more secure. We will use the latest industry standard 1 way password hashing with built in salt so every time you has say 123456 it will generate a different hash so will be impossible to guess password by even looking at hashes. It requires md5 conversion and the database user can not see it if access through any MySQL client. Do you have any info about login password column usage throughout the site?

i can password in authorised mode where unuthorised person can not accessed any ind of password but not using with hash i will use any other mode.
