Develop and design homepage in CMS OctoberCMS

Welcome! We would like to develop and design our business home page in OctoberCMS (do not confuse OctoberCMS with WordPress, Drupal, etc). To make our project live you should know hot to use OctoberCMS, install plugins for it, HTML/5, JavaScript, Bootstrap and CSS. We would like that you set up your own development server, which is accessible on some public URL address. So we can see any time how is project doing and what needs to be improved. On server you should install PHP, MySQL and Apache server (version are specified in point 5). Later when the project is done you will send us source code of the project and the database and some short description how can we install it on our server. Descriptions of the page: 1. DEVELOPMENT OF PAGE IN OCTOBERCMS 1.1 Please, take a look and go through our old web page which is available on [login to view URL] 1.2 Structure of new webpage will contain 7 pages (home, offering, portfolio, about us, clients, contacts, contact form). Pages and content will be added by our self since this is CMS. 1.3 New web page should be possible to display in two different languages. Default languages is German; second language is English. German texts will be the same as on old page [login to view URL] I will send you latter English translations. OctoberCMS have some plugin for showing page in 2 languages. 2. STRUCTURE OF THE WEBPAGE Header: Menu and language setter (on each page) Header: Header whit couple of pictures (the same as now) Page 1: Home Page 2: Portfolio Page 3: Development Subpage 3.1 Mobile app development Subpage 3.2 Web development Subpage 3.3 Business intelligence Page 4: About us Page 5: Customers Page6: Contact form Footer: Similar to Webvillee (this is described bellow) 3. DESIGN 3.1 New Web Page should have the same design to this webpage: [login to view URL] OctoberCMS has enough of templates which are similar. 3.2 New web page needs to have responsive design - support different screen sizes from mobile devices to large screens (this also needs to be supported by the template. 3.3 We will keep our significant colours (blue, grey, white, black). Logos and images from [login to view URL] should be done with our colours. 4. INTEGRATION WITH OTHER TOOLS 4.1 Tool Google Analytics should be supported, which we are already using it. 4.2 You should install SEO plugin. 5.
