Create a modal form and add payment processing

Inspired by the form wizard on [login to view URL], I will need you to create a similar wizard with the same functionalities, the only differences are the following: 1. The wizard window has to be modal, meaning from any page that we will have on our site, there will be a button "book a visit" that will bring the wizard in foreground. To see that it is working, you will have to make at least 2 pages (they could be blank with only a button on each) from which we will be able to see that the wizard is working. The modal form will be integrated in our site. 2. The look and feel of the modal form should be based on the present form that you can find on our site: [login to view URL] 3. In order to get the price of the booking, you will have to call the web service [login to view URL] passing the parameters: estate_type, estate_size and estate_visit_reason that are all integers. On the price received, you have to add 20€ if there is a garage and 30 if there is a basement. These additions have to be shown to the user on the detailed prices section. Removing/Adding a basement or a garage should be instantly reflected in the detailed price section. On top of if you will have to add 19% VAT. 4. Payment should be possible either via Paypal or Stripe. As the platform will be in Germany, payments via Stripe should be done either via Bank account (IBAN), direct debit or credit cards. You will have to get the same functionalities as seen on the page [login to view URL] 5. the code that you have to start your bid with is "dljamhwas". If your bid does not start with this code, I will not take the time to read your bid and will directly reject it. This will show us that you have really read our requirements. 6. When a payment is successful, you have to send all the data (neither those of the credit card nor the paypal account but with the price paid) to following service [login to view URL] - If all the data have been successfully saved, you will received following response from which you have to extract the UUID that will be displayed to the user on the summary page {"success":true,"UUID":"f069b80f-f295-46c7-96e1-89bc2f411768","Message":"Your order has been successfully submitted. For the restriction on the city where the booking should occur, the list of cities that are currently supported can be obtained by calling following service: [login to view URL] All those cities are and will be in Germany Your budget shouldn't be more than 110 USD. Any bid above this amount will not be considered. For the whole work we will create 3 milestones: the first for 30 USD in order for you to start the work, the second one of 40 USD will be released when you show us a working version of the work, for which we will surely be doing some test and will request you to fix some errors we could encounter, the last one of 40 USD will be released after we have been pleased with the whole work done, if we find no more error and you have given us the work.
