Add module at RocketChat -- 2

Dear Freelancers! I need a new module in RocketChat. The developer must know NodeJS and MeteorJS framework. The project detail like this: For example, there are two sites which name is A and B. I installed RocketChat on the site A and B. If I create a user or channel on site A, it shows at site B too. If I create a user and channel on site A, it must show only at site A, not site B. I need to develop this function. I have many projects. So I am going to find a good freelancer for my project. If someone has done this work very well, I will work with him(her) for 1 year. Please answer following questions. 1. How many hours a day can you work for my project? 2. How many days a week can you work for my project? 3. RocketChat development experience (site URL) 4.
