IonicFramework / Angular JS Experts for PSD to HTML

Hi IonicFramework / AngularJS / Front-end experts

We finished the design for a mobile app and are now looking for an EXPERT who translates the PSD files into HTML / CSS / Javascript. We will be using the combination of AngularJS and Ionic Framework and will only work with developers that can provide at least 2 reference apps where the developer used Ionic Framework.

Project intensity:

- approx. 8-10 unique screens need to be converted from psd to html (ionic)

- the landing page needs to be converted from psd to html (basically only logo + text + screenshot + link to the appstores)

- carousel of 5 screenshots (not dynamically) that pops-up when the user registers / logs in the first time (explanation of how to use the app)

Requirements:

- fully functioning HTML 5 / CSS / JS code in AngularJS and Ionic Framework

- all pages need to be linked with each other with overlays, effects, etc.

- app needs to be adaptive/responsive for mobile phones; app needs to work AND look good on ALL mobile devices and in all browsers (phones, no tablets, but also Iphone 6 Plus)

- Concept uses unique splash animations (Logo shown until app has loaded, then logo swipes up and log-in fields appear) and unique swipe animations (Tinder cards that the user can swipe left and right, ATTENTION: Cards will be loaded dynamically). All the different animations should be as fluent as the Tinders Iphone App.

- clean and W3C compliant code (will be tested)

- Required output: html files, CSS-files, JS-files, image files

- further requirements will be explained to you during the bidding phase. So PLEASE ask questions; we will read your questions thoroughly and will decide on the basis of how qualified your questions and answers were whether you get the project or not.

Milestones / Payments:

- 80% payment at the end, 1 milestone of 20% can be agreed on after the first 2 pages (overview page and detail page) are provided

- All requirements have to be fulfilled 100%, otherwise no payment can be done!

Bidding procedure:

- with your bid, please submit references of mobile apps (incl. URL) where you did the conversion from PSD to HTML and utilized the Ionic Framework.

- Please always START your bid with the words: DEAR MISTERM. If your are not doing that, we will NOT REPLY to your bid, as we will be assuming that you are a robot or didn't want to invest the time to read this description carefully.

Work submitted - which is below the above mentioned quality - will not be paid.
