I'm 31 years old, my height is 183 and weigh is 79, I go everyday to GYM since 4 years, I have a little bit information and experience in body building but i'm not completely happy with my body shape, food, supplements.
So I'm looking for a personal trainer how can gave me:
- Renewed routine for 1 year with video and picture and instruction and tips for workout
- Diet that can be followed and tips for food
- I'm not fan of supplements and I don't like to take a much, So I expect the trainer will teach me wish one is important and that one not important
at the end, I prefer to deal with who can track my progress and contact with me after some time
