Website to share files

dear freelancers, I need a code (for a standard wordpress site) or website that I can use to upload files and then get a link to that file that i can copy and/or send to an email adress. like an uploader. - I wish to be able to choose extensions to forbit and allow (not available to users, just admins) - security is a must, no one can go where he is not supposed to be or do what he is not supposed to do.. - i do not want an admin panel and user panel, just how to add extensions in the code, unless the code is not clear. - should support multiupload and searche for files.. for logged users. unonymous user can upload files one by one and can not search for a file. - must support all browsers - must be nice looking. to have an idea, google search "Droppy - Online file sharing" without "" it should be the first (or second) link, from codecanyon i wants a cover letter, and plz specify what langage would you use to make this work ? php ? js ? css ? html ? sql ? ... no flash allowed. parler vous francais ? si oui j'aimerai que les info affiché soient en francais thanks a lot, and good luck. ps : i can not pay more than 7$ so after we agree no dot expect more do not start the job unless you see that i am "verified" thx
