I needed a website that allows a person to offer illegal drugs for people interested in purchasing the drugs. To be used only in areas that allow this service to be implemented. We know that illegal drugs are not going to go away. The war on drugs cannot be won if the drugs are not in the open and in public. Under the supervision of the police department of every country, we could win this war on drugs. Licensed psychologists and psychiatrists will be used for the administration of the drugs. Clinics will be setup soon in every country under the supervision of every country and their leaders to create a system to work and lead to illegal drugs to be properly administered so that dirty substances are not being sold. Overdose is contained because doctors will be monitoring the substances used. Gangs will be able to sell their products on the internet instead of the streets where crime could occur. PHP language will be the language that will be used to make this website.
