I need to repost this project in order to clarify that I need a mobile application designed and completed first and foremost. The concept of my business is to buy people's videos (the complete rights to them) so I can turn around and either resell them or publish them on my second site (not yet made). The product I'm trying to buy are home made videos primarily made from personal cell phones. Therefore I need a mobile application that can be downloaded for the iPhone and Android. I need a corresponding website to be produced for desktop users. From their phone customers should be able to open the mobile application, click "Upload Video," select a video from their phone library and then submit. Then I reply later with a price I'd like to buy it for and they receive a notification. They click "Accept" and enter in their contact information, accept the sale terms and DONE. As for the website, it can just be basic. This project is for only the video buying portion of my business. After completion I will need you to create the website for where I will publish the videos! No Western Union. Only PayPal. Thank you for bidding!
