Hi. I'm Paula from Texas in the US. I am a designer who creates mainly for the apparel market. I am need of a designer to place on my team who can initially specialize in adult-oriented apparel. Some of the ideas you will design from are quite raunchy and will require someone who understands that kind of language (or is willing to research it) and is not offended by the language and/or ideas. Some of it is X rated, some XX rated, and some XXX rated. I am looking for pretty simple designs, most likely will be text based, but they need to be edgy and in line with current trends. Some basic drawing or Illustrator vector creating skills needed, but nothing over the top. The collection should have a cohesive feel to it. Designs in other niches will be required over our long-term relationship. Each niche’s designs should be created with the niche in mind. For example, shirts about dads should not have flowery or overtly female-oriented design styles. The designer: -should be creative; and - must not using anything already existing (no copying other work or graphics; fonts used should be your own or licensed for commercial work); and - will provide the final design in Photoshop format within a template that will be provided; and - lastly, all work and communications must be held in the strictest confidence; no sharing of designs, design ideas with anyone else, ever (if you wish to use a design in your portfolio, advanced written permission is required). The work will be part-time. Pay will be $4 per design, paid weekly with bonuses for excellent work, paid quarterly. I am looking for someone who is looking for part-time work over the long-term, years most likely.
