Splash page and one page template

I am looking for someone to design the main splash page for my website - a virtual bowling product for the game Second Life. I have a concept in mind - but would need creative input. This will be a HTML template with the splash page and then one more page as a template to set up other pages. As the designer, you will hold creative input into this project. I encourage the utilization of an external .css file for all style parameters and the usage of div layers. Please see examples. SPLASH PAGE 1. Main Objectives a. Utilize a bowling themed background / design b. Create a drop-down navigation bar for the following links: i. Home ii. About iii. Blog iv. Scores v. Support c. Sections on the main web page for i. Rotating banner carousel script 1. This is a script (that I can find) – that can be placed inside the header area and can rotate through. ii. Hot Items 1. A section on the page where I can post little images which will lead to other pages. I want to be able to refresh these on my own. iii. Legal 1. Disclaimer 2. Terms of Service 3. Privacy Policy iv. Social Media 1. Facebook 2. Twitter 3. YouTube 2. Standard Pages a. Template created for a standard page (white background or what you see fit) – utilizing three disctinct styles. i. One Page (no columns) ii. One page (two columns.. [left side bar and right content]) iii. One page (two colums.. [right side bar and left content]) Deliverables on this project will include a .zip file containing all .html files, css, graphic files, fonts, and scripts accordingly.
