SIMPLE iOS App development (graphical part + some extra code) for iPhone and iPad (XCode)

Looking for the iOS programmer-designer who is able to develop simple iPhone iPad application with some graphics. It is not fully functional app but more like a project for us for further development. Example of the application requirements in terms of graphics: M Performance Drive Analyser by INATRONIC (free from App store). Also pictures of the graphics quality we are looking for are attached with project (not the same pictures but quality should be atleast at this level) Application should be able to: 1. Have main menu with different options (we may require some sample options while we will add our own at later 2. Have some digital and analog gauges added in some menus with ability to dynamically change scale of gauges and their respective name (say in the middle of gauge says KM/H or MPH or 1/RPM, etc). 3. Have some additional menus which we will describe later during project (some settings menus, some BT connectivity etc) 4. Application should be able to communicate via BT (Bluetooth) with external dongle. We will provide sample code for communication with BT part (code in objective-C for XCode app) 5. Application should be able to go to some website and create some temporary files (this is whenever some data from our servers needs to be loaded. 6. Some simple database on iPhone (vehicle error codes description) with ability to update from our servers over internet. Mainly candidate needs to be able to make a nice graphical application with clear textures. It should look professional. Application will not be done completely by candidate as we plan to integrate some parts of our code in it at later time however it is expected that all menus, all graphics etc will be done by candidate. Complete source code for XCode will be required to be provided to us upon project completion (and probably in process of work if some corrections may be required by us and candidate). We also may consider if candidate has positive experience of posting app to the AppStore. This will also be discussed. PLEASE ONLY SERIOUS CANDIDATES WHO IS WILLING TO DO THIS PROJECT.
