Overview: Showhomes Houston is a luxury home staging company focused on $1M+ homes. We are looking to build a mutual on-going relationship with a designer to help us with all of our marketing needs. We want all of our marketing materials and sales information to match the brand - think the following: luxury, million dollar homes, clean lines, color coordination, etc... [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Project Needs: 1. Sales Presentation: needs to "pop" and showcase our services, awards ; we will provide all photos and content. 2. Sales Deck: printable version that is similar/will compliment the sales presentation (some creative will probably need to be re-formatted for printing). 3. 1 Page Double Sided Sales Sheet: we want this to showcase our services, company and awards in a quick and easily readable format; this should be fairly easy after doing the presentation and deck... 4. Proposal: needs to compliment all other brand materials (colors, fonts, etc.). 5. Business Card Design: again, complimenting and matching all other brand standards. Couple of things to note for this project: - We will provide all images and content - Want all of the documents to be sent back in editable form and printable forms (so we can add updated stats, photos, etc. at anytime) - Will provide the corporate brand standards (colors, fonts, etc.) -> all materials must be coordinated using these... - Before the project is launched and decided upon, we would like to see a few different mocks with the color pallets that are available for use with our brand standards We are looking forward to working with a talented designer who understands our brand, is good at communication (KEY to working with us) and who can deliver on time!
