Hello from Norway. My name is Sondre, and I've spend allot of time doing game jams. I've collected a variety of skill sets doing so, one of them is pixel art. I know two different pixel styles for characters, that has nothing to do with the perspective. One of them is similar to what is being displayed. I think first time i noticed the style was in the game "Sword and Sorcery". As far as I see you want isometric art, with flat tile sets right? All I need to get started is your limitations if any, in terms of palette, dithering or no dithering. And obviously if you want the tiles/characters to be 32x32 etc...
