OnWebPlum MPV

I'm looking for developers to make an MPV and scale it , into full flagged web and in Android/iOS app (in the future). For now, I need the MPV website ready in a day or two if possible, so that I can run test, then registration and start services in 10 days in here. We are a tech startup, our MPV is somewhat like this: 1) There are two kind of users: service taker and plumber. 2) Service taker can search plumbers as per location. 3) Once a user selects a plumber & he'll go to provide the service. A plumber can have multiple users to serve at once. 4) Once there, the plumber can tag the user on various things, like what kind of services he needs. These information will be kept in the user's database for us to see and future reference. 4) We will periodically provide the users plumbers according to their service need (which they can enter themselves and on the basis of the user's past tags) That's it. Now my question is what kind of quote can I expect for the MPV. I have a domain & hosting. I don't have any technical background.
