I help people find their lost pets. I have tried and failed to get a great website going - I need your help designing a new website. I want to dominate the searches for lost pets - especially in California. Help me design a website with SEO to get to the top, and stay there.

The website should be informational, helpful but in the end direct people to hire and use my services. It should convey our expertise and create confidence in us and our services.
We can help so many people, but not if they can't find us or our website is awful so they don't use our services.
I am experienced in wordpress, and am looking to stay with that platform. I want to dominate my industry and create a great website.
I have a navigation tree rough draft ready to go. You do the structure and design, I will fill with most content once structure is set. Help needed to ID key words and make sure I am rocking SEO and anything else I need to do to improve business. Key words are required at the start of the project so I can work on content development while you are working on the design.
Website must include forms for submission, collecting emails, hooking up to analytic tracking, simple online marketplace with basic shopping cart ( and also link to amazon) and payment processing to sell a few ebook (7?) to be downloaded or emailed, and one interactive map to get services by state. Email form submissions connected to sign-up on Mailchimp email list and forwarded to us for reply also. Any and all other suggested improvements and inclusions to help lost pets and also increase business and sales.
Website must be optimized for fast loading. You must optimize all pictures used and include keywords in renaming pictures.

Budget conscious, english fluent, flexible schedule / able to talk on my time zone (Pacific), quick reply given favorable preference.
***HIGH PRIORITY is that you are available during Pacific Daylight Savings Time Zone - this has been an issue in the past. I understand if you are on a different time zone, but if the only time we can talk is early in the morning or late at night, this will not work for me. You should be available at least 3 hours between the hours of 8am-5pm PDT on normal working days. If not, then we will never be online at the same times.
