I have attached a series of images (from a book) that have certain effects. I would like to be able to apply these effects on other images. I am willing to use plugins and I am familiar with Photoshop and Perfect Photo Suite.

I can create detailed guides for each of these images. Most of them will likely not require a plug-in, youd be suprised what you can do in just the vanilla version of photoshop :) Will take two days to create step by step guides :)
