I need two 32bit pixel art characters + animations

Hi, I am looking for someone who can create me two 32bit pixel art "robot" characters for a 2d RPG game I have in development. I have the character designs in Vector format, and require an artist to replicate them both in 32bit pixel art. Each character will be: - Unique design (as per Vector example that will be given) - Idle (standing) animation - Passive Attack animation punch/stab - depending on the character design - Special Attack animation - unique to each character. For example may be animating shooting a bow. - All 8 direction versions required For now I have only 2 characters, but will be looking to go forward with at least 8 more once getting 2 successfully in place. Looking forward to hearing your quotes.. I am hoping to get someone to start ASAP tonight. I have attached examples of the style/quality of 32bit art that is expected.
