I need an Office Assistant with graphics & data analytical skills - Your task will centre around logistics, freight forwarding, e-commerce fulfilment, carrier delivery processing etc.
1. Willingness to work on dynamic projects will be appreciated.
2. Back office task
3. Invoicing task
4. Managing social media marketing
5. Sales Web chat support
6. Preparing all necessary freight documentation when required (training will be provided).
7. Export & Import Admin task
8. Sales Lead task.
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (between 9am to 4pm UK time)
Language: English
Project on the pipeline - a marketplace mainly for African products to be exported to the USA & EU. Understand and willing to carry out more research about Amazon and Alibaba trading flow. 1. Create 7 main categories with sub-categories of 200 dummy products for a test run of an e-commerce website.
2. You will Source for 3 product pictures/ product, product description
3. Create a test script and also document and flag errors in the design flow of an-ecommerce market place.
4. Be able to work closely with the software developers& content writer. Be self-motivated, creative, customer-centric, innovative, dependent, perform good testing on the application as Seller/buyer & company admin.
5. Perform all testing of the website till GO-Live
6. Train Sales support team
7. Act as help desk support, tester, must have basic database knowledge and be able to communicate in English, available online and honest. 2nd Phase and be available for a support gig extension.
