Need a developer for GPS tracking work

Admin panel is completed . On user side dashboard : We show the list of all the vehicle and when any user who want to track his vehicle then select vehicle from the list. regarding this point below points need to be done : you have to done these points 1. Vehicle Online (Green Color) and Offline (Red Color)(Automatic) Nb. It use to be on the first platform 2. Alerts should be able to chose eg. customer needs only "ignition on" and "over speeding" alerts 3. All reports should be according to 5 minutes only 4. Play back speed choice eg. x1, x2, x5 5. When you click on a link, page pop ups should be within main page sight and a bit colorful. A page break or paginate will be needed for those that have fleet. 6. Every menu link color could look different. 7. Clicking on the calendar to choose your reports date and time is not the best(I have reported this several times before. You should be able to choose date and it disappears like the ones on fuel expenses and it request time choice.) I think that will be ideal.
