I need UI/UX designer. New freelancer welcome.

Hello Everyone, We are a small group of stakeholders looking to hire a freelance UX/UI designer to help design a web application from scratch which will be mobile friendly (both used through smart phone + tablet). Design: I would like to begin with a color palette and style guide discussion. This application will be used in a clinical healthcare environment, used by both clinicians and patients. A few words to describe the design of our ideal web application would be: minimalist, refreshing, simple, light weight, navigable, matte, contemporary. Generally, since our target demographic includes the older population (patients), we will need the application to be as simple as possible, reduce clicks, and be intuitive. These factors will need to be strictly considered in every facet of design. Current state: As a team, we have reoccurring design meetings to discuss intended workflow and overall functionality. We will be very much involved with every aspect of the software, including design. We have over 30 medium fidelity wire frames to be used in the design process. These wire frames were not designed by experienced UX/UI professionals and are only to be used as a guide. We have over 12 years of combined experience in the industry, with an intimate understanding of the needs of our customer base, so we hope to move expeditiously.
