Need a custom MailChimp template created for Tire Company

Details Looking for someone to developed out a custom MailChimp template that we can import in. The fields needs to then be editable within MailChimps software. I have a sample invoice for you to mimic and also ned the header to look like the attached screenshot. Instead of it saying "Amount" I need it to say "Total"... to the left of it i need another column that says "QTY" and to the left of that "Amount"...
