Mouth Positions need to be made for 40$ Firm.

I am animating a mouth rig for a VERY simple personal project. I need someone to make me the mouth positions. I only need the mouth piece Nothing else. The mouth needs to have lips, teeth, and tongue. i'm not as concerned with quality as long as the mouth can be animated by me. I need 14 positions with the main vowels, consonant letters and open and closed mouth positions. Looking for a artist familiar in animation work who KNOWS what I'm talking about. I want the color of the mouth and tongue to be Color#C38032 make teeth white with outline of them same color as mouth and tounge.
