Membership site CMS / Framework

Looking to develop a membership based webstie either on a CMS or framework. Designing and 6 months of service after deployment needed. Must be seamlessly respnsive for mobile use. The website will allow people to signup and choose between various groups they want to be member of. Each group represents a financial product. Members join the group to become part of collective bargaining as a group to buy that product from third party financial institutons. This website will not transact or sell. All such transactions will happen outside of the scope of this website. Members can choose multiple groups. After signing up, each group will have Get Quote button that will open up a form for basic information that is related to that kind of product (group). Socia media integration with Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram needed for one click sharing of the main website page. Such button to be on main page as well as inside each group page. Each group will have a page that shows INVITE FRIENDS button, Header image, titles, narration and possible product features and Wishlist from members. These features and wishlist will not be dynamic and only admin can change or add from the backend. However, signedin members can click MY WISHLIST button in ach group to send a form to admin to add new features. Each member to have a profile page with basic information only. Name, address, phone, email and tiles for all the groups they have joined. Members also see NEWSLETTER SUBCRIOTION button to sunscribe or unsubscribe here. Members can edit all of their details on this page and EXIT GROUPS If they like. Main Menu to have links for Home, About Us, Groups (with sub menu that admin can change), Contact. Prominent JOIN NOW button next to the menu or the right most side on the top. On the backend, multiple roles needed. Admin with all rights. Another role to access only the database of all form results and users info. On the backend, need ability for the admin to add new groups, change homepage look of the group and title etc. On the backend, admin and other authorized role should be able to download the database info for analysis and review in Excel, CSV etc.
