I have a number of questions about this project: - How much content is already prepared for the magazine? (ie copy, photos, graphics, fonts, etc) - Is there easy access to previous material as reference for the desired outcome of the project? - What is your timeline on completion and is there a possibly for future work? - How many people on your end are involved in approval? - How likely is the project to go to print? - How many pages is the magazine likely to be? - I currently use CS5 at an expert level, so how married to the latest CS are you really? Notes on my process - I like to see previous issues and materials so I can get a feel for the company identity and styles. - I offer only 3 drafts before the project is complete. This focuses both myself and an employer to have their edits and notes organized.
