Looking for a small company website to be built (~14 pages, ~3 unique designs) - Divi/similar

We have an urgent need for a freelance designer/developer to build a relatively small and simple site for one of our clients. We have all the content (text and pictures) available here and are looking for an immediate start. Our client already has a small idea of what they want, but if a mockup can be done, that would be great. We would then like to get started ASAP at building a simple standard company website containing approx 14 pages (most of which are similar / just require swapping out pictures and text). We would prefer if something could be built from scratch, but, are happy for Divi or other theme builders to be used, however, we ideally are looking for a sub/child theme to be created or the theme builder such as Divi to be hidden from the end result as we need a scan such as [login to view URL] to show it as a unique site.
