Looking for artist for medieval game

Overflow has been making games for almost 10 years and now we need an artist for a medieval game. The game is called Death or Taxes and is a 3D, top-down, village management game where the player rides on a horse and manages a village. The style of the game is simplistic but somewhat dark/Gothic. We want characters to feel ugly gritty, but from a distance. Things like ill-fitting clothes, bad posture, wear and tear. But without too much detail. They should have clear silhouettes to differ from each other, like hats or body shapes.
