Improved graphic design and logo for home page of website!

Hi, I have an existing website at http://beardoilpledge.com. As you can see, at the top there is a photo of me and a poor quality logo that says "best beard oil'. It does not look very good or very professional. This project is to create a new logo and graphic design for the top "block" of the website, incorporating a new high resolution photo of me that I am providing. It needs to look highly professional and extremely engaging - illustrating the concept of the website - to draw people to the website The full scope of work is as follows: 1) Create new Logo for “The Beard Oil Pledge” 2) Re-design “block” for top of website, as per indication given. a) Take high res photo of Bobert Brush b) “Photoshop” him to look better, more professional, lighting, etc. cc) Re-colour green shit to white. c) Include on left of block d) Create cool coloured background, with faded blend of coloured swirls, beards, old ship and charity images e) Change rolling pin for an old looking scroll, with actual text on it. f) Add 3 bottles of beard oil to hand being held out g) Arrows to “pop-out” h) Scripture font for text i) Buttons j) “# reviews, # countries, # supporters” row k) Colour and style to fit in with existing site 3) Create HOW DOES IT WORK banner / title (H1) 4) Create WHAT’S THIS JOURNEY AROUND THE EARTH ALL ABOUT banner / title (H1) 5) Create SO, HOW DO I FIND THE BEST BEARD OIL FOR MY NEEDS banner / title (H1) 6) Create “3 year road map” graphic 7) Create “how does it work” graphic 8) Create “Journey around the Earth” graphic 9) Icons for master index, origin, base oil, scent, aroma, therapy, value, price, 10) New icon in Master Index – replace Buy Now with Read More 11) Icon for “Maroon Thumbs Up” and “Golden Thumbs Up” (both a big and small version of each). 12) Format text underneath table to look fantastic and stylish, yet easily readable. 13) Create “Twitter Header” version of “block” in correct dimensions – with main photo and logo 14) Create “Facebook Header” the same 15) Create version of “block” for Mobile to suit responsive screen in Mobile Size 16) Design version of Master Index table suitable for display on responsive Mobile screen (the current version is responsive, but looks terrible on mobile as it just scrolls down – The list of oils side by side needs to be seen.) 17) Infographic for The Beard Oil Pledge concept (include Bobert Brush traveling around the world, users buying, money going to charity, etc.) Attached are the photo, the new content for the front page (that you will need to design around), and a pencil drawing mock-up of how I envision the new page will be laid out, including the "block" with the arrows.
