Homepage Redesign - Take 2!

Dear Freelancers, I'm looking for a gun developer with a good visual design sense to redesign my travel site Homepage to the exact mockup attached. My current theme is Litemag by Bluthemes, and I need a developer experienced in it's codebase. To inspect, you'll require my Wordpress login details, as it's currently hidden behind a landing page at www.thefrugalgypsy.net. As this will be the second posting of this project due to issues with previous Freelancers, I need to clarify the following list of conditions before considering any bids. Please read & understand these conditions CAREFULLY before bidding: 1. NO bids over $250AU considered - I’m on a budget, and this should be relatively simple for the experienced coder/developer. 2. NO "copy & paste" bids considered - please read & address the project criteria in your bid description. Bidders who don’t do this will be ignored or deleted. I’ll be reading EVERY bid posted, regardless of it's position. 3. MUST be able to visually match mockup on screen to a 98%+ standard. Provided mockup is an EXACT template, NOT just a guide. NO milestones will be released until completed components are a 98%+ VISUAL, and BUG-FREE interactive match - NO EXCEPTIONS! 4. MUST be able to read & write a HIGH standard of English - written communication can be difficult, but even moreso with a language barrier. I need you to understand EVERYTHING I type, and vice versa. 5. MUST be experienced in my theme code. PLEASE don't waste my time (or yours) if you’re not - I’ll give you my WP Admin access so you can carefully inspect my code before officially accepting the project. 6. MUST be available for a WhatsApp voice call before starting project - I need you to be 100% CLEAR on everything before commencing, and text can be easily misunderstood. A voice call should eliminate any possible confusions you may have. 7. MUST be completed within 7 Days, MAXIMUM! ********** PROJECT DETAILS *********** (Please refer to attachments for ALL visual redesign details) 1. MAIN MENU: Expand logo field to fit subtitle, change rollover effects to text feature colour (currently background box), and add linked Facebook & Instagram icons on menu right (grey on static, fade to colour on hover). 2. ARTICLE WIDGETS: Redesign to pictured mockup - includes creating a duplicate (2 widgets total - similar designs, but subtle changes to text & element sizing), leaving current Vignette & zoom on hover effects, and ensuring same layout on all other widget pages. NOTE: Widget layouts (number of widgets displayed per line) are controlled by me through the Widget Admin section. You ONLY need to re-design the individual templates (2 in total), ensuring they display correctly on ALL other website pages. 3. GET INVOLVED PANEL: Create a masked scrolling panel with fixed map background image & button linking to [login to view URL] All icons/images provided, and all details listed in attachment. For example, please refer to "Need Inspiration" section on www.passionpassport.com. 4. INSTAGRAM PANEL: Add horizontal Instagram feed & button above footer. 10 images wide, button fades to feature color on hover (at 80%), and images fade subtle white on hover. FOOTER: Redesign visual layout and spacing to match provided mockup, link Subscribe to my Mailchimp account/database, and possibly add social media icons, but still deciding.
