High quality T-Shirt designs needed

Looking for an awesome designer for t-shirts, mugs and more. Who am I and what am I doing: ========================== My name Sebastian. I’m currently building up a Print on Demand Webshop around the topics hustle, entrepreneurship, motivation, etc. This means the shop is selling different items like t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, water bottles, pillows, posters, etc. with motivational quotes and graphics on them. Around the shop I’m also building up a community of people (on Facebook and Instagram) who like these topics and identify with them: entrepreneurs, hustlers, athletes, people pursuing their dreams. Amongst motivational quotes etc., I will also post ads for the products on my brand profiles on these social networks. What do I need: ========================== In order to sell the mentioned products I need great designs that can be printed on them and that are very appealing to the target group so that they want to buy these products. Relating to the target group the designs should ideally express motivation, strength, determination, strong will. Ideally, a design can be printed on different products. But if a design is very good but is best suited for one product, like a t-shirt, that’s also fine. The resulting file should be a PNG in 300 DPI or minimum 150 DPI. Longterm, I will need many designs for the shop. For the beginning I would like to start with a small test order. Please let me know how much would 1, 5 or 10 designs be and how much time you would need to complete it. What’s important: ========================== Since this is a commercial shop and a business, it is very important that people identify with the designs that are printed on the products and are proud to use and wear them. This means that the designs must be so good that people want to have the products they are printed on and want to buy them. Ideally they even recommend them to other people as well. This is especially important for t-shirts and hoodies, and in general things people wear in public. The words, quotes and graphics on their clothes represent their believes and themselves. So they should feel very comfortable wearing it, ideally be proud and wanting to wear it every day. The quality of the design is very important.
