Hand-drawn Digital Illustration for a T-shirt

Hello,
We need a hand-drawn illustration of a puppy inside a Yeti Cooler with two puppies outside of it playing with a football. This design must be done using a drawing table as that's the style we are shooting for. The design has to be 5700h x 3800w @ 300 dpi. We also need the PSD file. Due to the fact that this design will be printed on a shirt, the amount of colors in the design must be limited to around 6-7 colors. I have attached a reference image as well as the design concept image. We want the design to look similar to the reference except with slightly cleaner lines, but still maintaining the free hand look.
