GOAL : B2B - ALL SPORT FEDERATIONS CAN BE BUSINESS WITH A SPORT EVENT SELLING SERVICES
GOAL : B2C - ALL SPORT FANS CAN BUY SPORT TRAVEL PACKAGES
This Software must be the followings services:
A) Downloading of Official Hotel for the event with the reservations system. All Clients can also leve their Face Book profile . Hotel description with type of rooms both with type and with Photo , type of category of Hotel , locations with Google map, distance to the Airport , station, compassion area and city center
B) Downloading of Transportations for the Sport athletes . We must also write the pick up time ad once at Pick up of the athletes, on the system will appear the confirmation.
C) GSM connected at our B2B flight reservations just done and live
D) Downloading of the Catering " Athletes can confirm the catering with the different kind of meals "
E) Ticketing management maximum for a stadium of 5000 sets . Every tickets must be connect at the position of the stadium (if clients go with the mouse on tickets and on the stadium map the area of seats will be colored "
F) Managing of Accreditation pass for Athletes , trainer and professional person working in event . All aceditation must have photo of the person, and the aera allowed ( area divide in 8 difference area ).
E) Payment method by Credit Card, Paypal, and by payment to organizing commitee
F) Invoice management
Must be Both B2B and B2C ( B2B for used by Athletes and team , and B2C used only by Fans " fans b2C will be only with Hotel Ticketing and Transportations and invoices and payment box)
Must work online
We must have the source code for the Maintanance in Italy . The system must be our properties.
Layout Must be very Professional
Clients must be all Sport Olympic Commitee, Sport Federations, Sport Organizing Commitee for Sport and Music.
