This is an event (pop-up) for a European brand (over a hundred years old) doing a launch event in Asia.
The event space is 9m (L) by 6m (W).
Basically the main objectives/requirements from the clients for this event are:
1) Theme & Concept of event, to create a very attractive, wow design.
2) To establish this brand as a lifestyle product.
3) To showcase the products as easy to use, for everyone.
4) Minimalistic concept yet stylish to make brand/products stand-out with minimum clutter.
5) Members of public to be able to engage with the brand through this event.
6) Furnishing for the rest of the event is furniture made of wood, very minimalistic. Sort of like Apple store look: [url removed, login to view]
Hence, we would like you to quote us for:
1) Design for the pillar wrap with Branding/logo, hashtag.
- I am checking on the size of the pillar, for now let us assume it is [url removed, login to view] (circumference) x 3m (height).
2) Design for the counter
Size: 910mm HT x 1380mm W x 460mm Depth
3) 3D rendering of event space
Do provide me your pricing and needed lead time. We are currently still in pitching phase and we will need to send a design proposal for the pillar wrap and counter by 15 Aug EOD to successfully pitch for the project.
Please quote me cost based on this, and also let me know if you're able to meet the lead time?
