1) I have a 5 page newsletter in PDF format that i need to blast out to about 500 recipients. 2) I will provide the design of the newsletter as well as the banner 3) Recipients will receive the banner from which they will click on and which will lead them to the PDF newsletter 4) On the first page of the newsletter there will be a content page section where readers can click on each page number on the content page and they will be directed to the respective pages. You need to create these page links. 5) Readers can also choose to scroll down to read the newsletter if they don't want to click. Please advise how you will do it and how will the newsletter be hosted.
