You have plenty of experience working with successful business people. You have an easy manner and like picking up the phone to actually speak with people. My Dream VA likes creating systems and processes that support a vision and isn’t afraid to make suggestions for better ways of working. You like the process of getting me more efficient and productive. You know your way around Google (for business) including email, sheets, docs, slides and can suggest plug-ins to improve efficiency. Knowledge of Wunderlist, Asana, OneNote and Xero also beneficial. If you don’t know how to do something, you know who to ask, you have a network of suppliers to call on. To start with I’d love you to manage .. Email Calendar Client appointments Then pull all my marketing material together – bios, images, video, experience – and create a system for easy access and distribution. Creating flyers, brochures would be fabulous – but if you don’t have the skills, you know someone who does. My Dream VA is happy to connect with prospective clients for my emcee work – you can send marketing material, make appointments, follow up and report back.
