Desktop Application in C++

Hello, I'm looking for someone to program the attached "vector" graphic program with GUI in a Photoshop style. Using C++ as I understand this is fastest for graphics programs. I'm hoping this is pretty self-explanatory, but key features are: - File menu, all usual functionality, "hoop size" is page size - Left toolbar includes, move, draw straight edge freehand tool, draw square tool, draw circle tool, edit points tool & hand pan tool - Hand pan, works also by holding space bar like Photoshop - Zoom in and out with mouse wheel, zoom around cursor point - Zoom size in bottom left corner Top properties toolbar: - Fill colour, includes no fill and colour selector - Line colour, includes no line and colour selector - Line width, in mms Right layers box: - same functionality as photoshop - at bottom, add and delete layers buttons Please also see the other slides for creating a shape functionality. I'm hoping this code already exists and just needs formatting into this style. Thanks Daniel
